They needed a consistent means of planning events, meetings and trips for their clients. In order to do this, we automated their manual processes, such as check requests and invoicing, to increase productivity and maintain higher standards of client deliverables. We also created a single repository for all the trip-related planning, operational and financial information to provide employees and management a full view of the organization to encourage educated decision-making. In addition, we created a vehicle for trip details to reach the agents in a more timely manner, empowering the individual travelers with the information they need, before they need it, and significantly improving customer service.
