digitalKnowledge was founded in 2003 by Curt Sellke and Sean Olssen. Curt and Sean had previously worked together at Braun Consulting (now a part of Fair Isaac) where they were instrumental in growing the professional service firm from a staff of 13 to one of more than 600 employees.
Although Braun was extremely successful, Curt had a different vision of how the company could be organized and run. In 2003, Curt teamed with Sean to create a new company based on a solid foundation of core values. Since its beginnings, digitalKnowledge has been focused on: Integrity, Client Commitment, Pay for Performance, Teamwork, Operational Excellence and Social Responsibility.
In order to maintain and uphold these values, Curt and Sean have focused on finding and developing highly-skilled individuals who possess exceptional character, strong integrity, and who hold themselves to the highest standards.
digitalKnowledge has continued to grow in both size and revenue. In November of 2009, digitalKnowledge celebrated the opening of a third office space in Carmel and welcomed two new employees to the team. To top it off, in December of 2009, digitalKnowledge received an incredible Microsoft client satisfaction rating of 190 points - far surpassing the average consulting firm rating of 160 points!
"Our success makes us all the more eager to work harder. There is always room to improve, and it is our promise to continue to challenge ourselves to do better and be better." - Sean Olssen, VP and Cofounder
