digitalKnowledge, Inc., Power Shot Training and home care entrepreneur Marvin Al-Khafaji were just accepted into Microsoft's exclusive ISV Partner Program for their new business venture, Target 20, LLC.
These three partners joined forces to combine their expertise in customer relationships management (CRM) technology, home care sales and the home care business to create a truly innovative CRM solution, enriched with a proven selling strategy and sales coaching content, to positively influence the home care industry.
Each year, Microsoft selects a small handful of new businesses, that have created truly innovative solutions or product, and provides the guidance and financial support to help these new ventures succeed.
Microsoft sought out digitalKnowledge to learn more about the new venture, Target 20 CRM. After a thorough investigation and exploration into Target 20 CRM's innovative solution, Microsoft declared Target 20 CRM as the perfect candidate for the ISV Partner Program in 2010.
Target 20 CRM will operate as its own entity within digitalKnowledge. It will not affect digitalKnowledge's Business Intelligence, Web Solutions or Customer Relationship Management service lines.
